About Us
Crannie Construction Co Inc. was started in 1959 by James G. Crannie.
At that time the company specialized in all phases of additions, remodeling & insurance repairs. James G. Crannie operated the company until his retirement in 1991. Dean M Henry has operated the company since then & took the company in an additional direction of building of new homes. Crannie has built or rebuilt over 100 homes in Genesee & the surrounding counties. With our experience in insurance repairs it has allowed us to recognize and make sure that the problems associated with improper workmanship are avoided. Dean is also a licensed Building Inspector for the State of Michigan.
Crannie Construction is always up to date on the latest code enforcements due to continuing education mandated to keep his licenses. While we have seen many changes in the last 64 years the goal of Crannie Construction has been the same. To provide a service to the community where one can trust the company they hire to do their project.
